VANS OFF THE WALL MUSIC NIGHT 2010 MIT ANTI-FLAG
Im Rahmen ihrer Europatournee durch England, Polen, Italien, Portugal, Schweiz, Holland und Spanien macht die VANS OFF THE WALL MUSIC NIGHT dieses Jahr auch zwei Mal in Deutschland halt. Keine Geringeren als die US-Polit-Punker ANTI-FLAG, die in ihrer über 10jährigen Karriere bereits sieben mal mit der Vans Warped Tour in den USA unterwegs waren, konnten für die Tournee als Headliner verpflichtet werden, um mit ihren Hits wie "Turncoat", "This Is The End (For You My Friend)" oder "The Bright Lights of America" das Publikum in Berlin und Münster zum pogen zu bringen. Musikalische Unterstützung erhalten ANTI-FLAG dabei von THE SWELLERS, PULLED APART BY HORSES und RED LIGHTS FLASH.

GOOD CHARLOTTE IM JANUAR AUF DEUTSCHLANDTOURNEE
Ganze drei Jahre haben uns GOOD CHARLOTTE auf den Nachfolger von "Good Morning Revival" warten lassen. Am 29. Oktober kommt nun endlich ihr viertes Album "Cardiology" in die Plattenläden, welches mit der aktuellen Single "Like It´s Her Birthday" nahtlos an "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous", "Predictable" oder "I just Wanna live" anknüpft.
Bereits im Juli, beim exklusiven Auftritt in München, wurden die ersten neuen Songs live getestet, und vom Publikum frenetisch gefeiert. Im Januar 2011 kann sich dann auch der Rest von Deutschland auf die fünf Pop-Punker um Benji und Joel Madden freuen: GOOD CHARLOTTE kommen für sechs weitere Konzerte zurück nach Deutschland. SMALL TOWN RIOT - NEUES ALBUM UND TOUR
"Suicidal Lifestyle" - so heißt das neue und insgesamt vierte Full-Length-Album der Hamburger Streetpunker SMALL TOWN RIOT. Seit 2002 machen die vier Kollegen nun schon zusammen Musik und haben u.a. schon mit Deadline, Peter Pan Speedrock, Broilers oder Sick of it All die Bühne geteilt. Das Album erscheint am 12.11.2010 und ist vorab exklusiv auf den sechs Deutschlandkonzerten der Band zu erstehen. Der Vorverkauf hat bereits begonnen.
DAUGHTRY FÜR VIER KONZERTE ZURÜCK IN DEUTSCHLAND
Kaum jemand, der ihre Hits "It's not Over" oder "Feels like Tonight" aus ihrem selbstbetitelten Debutalbum nicht kennt. 2009 folgte mit "Leave This Town" das Zweitwerk mit der Single "No Surprise". Anfang 2010 konnte man sie hierzulande als Support für Nickleback sowie bei einem Einzelkonzert in Stuttgart live erleben. Im Oktober kommen Sänger Chris Daughtry und seine Band mit neuer Single "September" im Gepäck für vier weitere Shows nach Deutschland. Der Vorverkauf hat begonnen.

SPARROW & THE WORKSHOP AUF HEADLINETOUR DURCH DEUTSCHLAND
In ihrem Heimatland sind die drei Glasgower von SPARROW & THE WORKSHOP schon "The Next Big Thing in Folk Music". Hierzulande sorgten sie als support von THE BRIAN JONESTOWN MASSACRE für verblüffte Gesichter im Publikum und holten sogar die Kettenraucher aus den Raucherlogen vor die Bühne. Im Herbst kommt die Band für drei Headlineshows zurück nach Deutschland, im Gepäck ihr Debutalbum "Crystals Fall".
SKY LARKIN NEUES ALBUM UND TOUR IM HERBST
Seit Freitag steht "Kaleide", das Zweitwerk der Power-Indie-Rocker SKY LARKIN aus Leeds in den deutschen Plattenläden. Schon ihr Debutalbum "The Golden Spike" von 2009 wurde vom NME in die Liste der "Must-have-heard" Alben dieses Jahres gewählt und auch bei iTunes landete es in der Liste der besten Alben 2009. In fünf Städten stellt das Trio ihre neuen Songs im Oktober live vor.

Six Top 10 singles. Over 4 million records sold. Grammy nominations, platinum albums, numerous awards and hit songs around the world, plus the #1 most-played rock song of 1998. Tonic was a musical powerhouse, merging the raw honesty of rock to unabashed melody…and ushering rock n roll into a new millennium. Many bands would be content with that sort of history. Not Tonic. The band is back in the studio after a two-year break, working on a follow up to their last album, Grammy-nominated Head On Straight. “When we play music together it feels like going home,” explains singer and guitarist Emerson Hart. “Getting together, playing some rock-n-roll: it’s the best feeling in the world.” Hart founded Tonic with guitarist Jeff Russo – a childhood friend – adding bassist Dan Lavery shortly after inception. After storming the charts with debut album Lemon Parade and its monster hit “If You Could Only See,” the band released two additional studio albums (Sugar and Head On Straight) as well as a live EP, Live & Enhanced. They’ve been featured on a number of soundtracks, including the lead single from “American Pie” (“You Wanted More”). The band also released a Greatest Hits CD/DVD package in July of 2009. Tonic’s well-earned reputation as a massive live act came at a price. After finding themselves on the road for the better part of a decade, the band was ready to take a breather. “We toured relentlessly,” Lavery admits. “It was a whirlwind.” “We needed a break,” Hart agrees. “We toured for so long – we were on the road for ten years – and everybody needed the room to do something else, work on other projects, and come back stronger.” In Hart’s case, that meant releasing a critically-acclaimed solo album, 2007’s Cigarettes & Gasoline. The album spawned two Top 20 singles. While Lavery built a recording studio and recorded/toured with a variety of acts including The Fray and the Revisionists, Russo was focused on composing for film and television (including “Crossing Jordan,” “Bionic Woman,” and “The Unusuals”) and releasing an album with side project Low Stars. All three acknowledge the break was a welcome respite. In addition to exploring other creative outlets, the trio focused on their favorite project to date: fatherhood.
“Now that I’m a father, I see the world a little differently,” Hart says. “It affects my lyrics and my music; I’m inspired to work harder. We’re all more mature now, and much stronger musicians for it. “Of course,” he adds with a laugh, “We’re in a rock band, so that translates to 60% maturity and 40% nine-year-old.” But it wasn’t long before the band was compelled to get back together and start recording. “Tonic is like my baby,” Russo says. “I know Emerson and Dan feel the same way. My other projects are very important to me, but there’s something both comfortable and exciting about playing together.” Putting the finishing touches songs on their new album – released in May 2010 – and a summer tour, the band is hitting their stride and energized by what the future holds. “We’ve been doing this long enough – it feels like it’s what we’re meant to do,” Lavery explains. “And once you find the people that you enjoying doing it with, everything just falls into place.”
